You’re out with your friends having a great time, and then someone pulls out their phone and they want to take a picture! Your first reaction is that you aren’t ready for a picture! What do you do in that instant?

Have the lens be at least eye level, and possibly even higher. Ask a friend to make a joke to make you all laugh, and it’s in that space when you’re starting to slow down your laugh that you’ll get the best smiles.
